Day four here, but I'm posting about day three since I didn't have time last night. Kind of busy ... anyway, it's raining so I can't finish up, but it's just about done. Made great progress, gave the grill two coats of black and it looks awesome! It doesn't match the rest of the car exactly, but that's nothing I can help.
First I had to sand some ares that had smudges and runs. I used 1000 grit sandpaper...

It's monday now, and I've got some updates with the blazer. I had to re-mask everything because my dad decided to rip of my previous masking work so we could put the grill back on. Haha that's OK, I found an easier way to add the stuff (newspapper). Looking good so far!

Well I finally got the main dash trim piece painted gloss red, and let me tell you, it looks hot! I gotta say I never expected it to turn out this good. My Dad and I took it out this mourning and disconnected all the wiring (once we figured out how!). My Mom had to use the car later so I painted while she was gone. Took a few hours, getting bit by bugs (and I got six bug bites to prove it), and sweating, but it was worth it!

As I'm writing this, I got the driver-side prin stipe removed. Looks much cleaner now. I heated up the sticker with a hair driver and lifted it up with a small blade my mom has for removing stuff off glass. Once it was up, I peeled it off. It took a while, but much better then my finger nails! Haha
Edit: Ok I'm back, sorry for the delay (althought you probably didn't notice anything!) and I've gotten both sides off and uploaded some pictures.
How I d...
